What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2 to 4 days to process your order and then 1 to 2 weeks to deliver it to you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely. We deliver worldwide.
Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in Paris, France. Our international warehouse is located in China.
I received the wrong flocking for my jersey, what should I do?
We are sorry for this error.
This can happen because we process a large number of orders, and sometimes we make a mistake with the flocking or number.
👉 Simply send us a photo of the jersey you received by email or via our contact form.
🎁 As an apology, we will send you the correct jersey for free , without the need to return the one you received.
Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?
Yes, wait 2-3 days after your order and ask us via email at multiversemania.fr@gmail.com
Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear this. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to multiversemania.fr@gmail.com and we'll send you a similar replacement as soon as possible.
I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can, however, track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need assistance tracking your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at multiversemania.fr@gmail.com
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course process the payment, provided the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
